In the 'Pride of Gujarat' awards function held in Gandhinagar, an industrialist from Vijapur was also presented with the 'Pride of Gujarat' Award by the Chief Minister, alongside other industrialists. This is the first time an industrialist from this specific industrial cluster, covering about six districts, has received such an honor, spreading a sense of joy among other industrialists in Vijapur and the surrounding district.

The event, named 'Pride of Gujarat,' was organized in Gandhinagar to honor industrialists who have made significant contributions to the progress of society through their talent and successful ventures in various industries.

Jayantibhai Patel, an industrialist from Vijapur who originally hails from Sopawada and owns the Dev Industries factory (which manufactures submersible pump bases) in the Ranasana GIDC of Vijapur, was honored with the 'Pride of Gujarat' Award by the Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, along with his son, Rohitbhai Patel.
