Continuous innovative changes and rapid transformation have been the theme of the company’s history.

In 1987, our family group company was established as a manufacturer and trader of submersible pump & motor spare parts.

Since then, we have established ourselves as a producer of high-quality shell moulding castings, delivering cost-effective solutions for our customers. By being a trusted partner, we have earned repeated orders from our customers.

Our current production capacity is 300 MT per month, manufacturing precision shell moulding castings in various grades of stainless steel and cast iron as per customer requirements.

With the spirit of continual innovation and unceasing improvement in our shell moulding foundry, we are able to provide surface finish of the castings nearest to the lost wax process. We are a leading pioneer in the field of shell moulding castings in India.

World class two foundry with semi-automated and own designed Pouring bed controlled by PLC systems. Achieve casting surface nish nearest to lost wax process with lower cost.

Adopted Japanese technologies for Turning, Drilling and Milling operations.
In House Tool Room
In House Tool Room

To reduce lead time of new development we equipped with "MAZAK" make vertical machining centre and we are using casting simulation software also for getting defect free casting.
Heat Treatment

We have own designed and manufactured annealing & water quenching furnace to control and consistent hardness with graphical system.

Vertical Broaching, Dynamic Balancing, Shot Blasting, Turning Scrap Chip Compactor, Ice Blasting, Customized ERP System for data analyser.
Sand Coating
Sand Reclamation Plant

Good resin sand coating plant to cater in house demand. Thermal Sand Reclamation All the moulding sand reclaim 100% and reused with European technology.

Jayanti Bhai Patel established Family Group Company as a Manufacturer and trader of Submersible Pump Spare Parts in Rented space of 300 Sqft with one lathe machine.

Invented Submersible Motor Thrust bearing through the process of Forging, Plastic Injection Moulding, Cast iron Casting plate, got excellent response from Customers. Established our own Foundry for Shell Moulded Castings.

Family Group Company split into two Division one is Thrust Bearing and another is Shell Moulded Castings .Established "Dev Industries" as a manufacturer of Submersible Pump Parts through Shell Moulding Process.
